Sea Salted Caramel Macarons (Dulce de Leche)
Sea Salted Caramel (Dulce de Leche) becomes a big hit favor now. When you taste it, it's hard to stop just one! :) Because of a perfect combination of a creamy and salty-sweet caramel..( yes !!Thank you for whoever created this super delicious thing-y, you are such a brilliant!). So now it's time for sharing my recipe. :)
Recipe:
Filling:
* *For the filling, first you need Dulce de Leche (aka caramel), as per recipe I used, took bit long time, around 1 1/2 hour, but it worth your time and you can put in a zip lock bag and store in a freezer.
The link for Dulce de Leche is here:

OR you can even use a caramelized sweetened condensed milk which is available in any grocery shop. Of course, the taste won't be exact delicious like your homemade Dulce de Leche but it is pretty ok, I think!
100 g Dulce de Leche eko (homemade with organic ingredients)
70 g soft butter (eko)
pinch of sea salt flakes
Directions:
Combine the dulce de leche with butter and sea salt and beat until smooth.
P.S Just a small small pinch of salt at a time, taste and more until satisfied ( salt is salt :) )
Macaron shells:

I used my classic almond recipe. Just roast half almond in the oven until get nice brown color then let it completely cool before mixing.
I also sprinkle the shells with raw brown coconut sugar and salt flakes before baking, which is optional!!
( For the beginner, recommend to avoid this process :))
Pipe a dollop onto each macaron and add the lid. Store in airtight container in the refrigerator.
Enjoy!!
